Our wide range of industry-leading facilities allow your child to meet other children of the same age, whilst experiencing the many wonders that nature brings for children and adults alike.

Day Camp

Once your child is at our day camp, they will be split into a group of 10 to 12 children.

This group will consist of children of a similar age and will be monitored by two members of our staff throughout the week. We closely monitor each group to ensure that your child gets the very best out of our day camp experience no matter what program they aeon.

Each one of our day camp programs provides your child with a range of sports and activities for them to enjoy during their time with us. Whilst we specialize in providing expert golf and tennis courses, our site will provide your child with a wide array of sporting options that have been carefully chosen for their ability to test your child whilst they have fun. We cater to both indoors and outdoors sports, ensuring that no matter the weather we have activities for your little ones to enjoy. Our day camp is located in the heart of the beautiful Canadian countryside and as a result, provides your child with truly breathtaking scenery for them to enjoy. On site, your child will have access to an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court, two outdoor playgrounds and three outstanding indoor playrooms. With so many options to play with, your child will be spoilt for choice when at our camp. The only difficult part of your experience will be getting them to leave!

9AM – 4PM

At RHCC we provide all children with a wide range of day camp programs to choose from.

Our golf and tennis programs are specially designed for children who want to focus on specializing in these sports. On top of this, we also offer generic sports programs which combine fun and exciting sports with a wide range of activities designed to test your child in a number of different ways. Each sport and activity has been chosen for its ability to push your child out of their comfort zone in a fun, comfortable environment. Our sessions are always provided by an individual who specializes in a particular sport or niche, ensuring that your child gets the very best out of their time at our day camp.

To provide your child with some rest at the end of a day of sports, we provide a wide range of day camp activities.

These activities are designed to be both fun and educational. They will often teach your child new skills whilst pushing them out of their comfort zone. For example, we offer sessions such as arts & crafts, jewelry and beading, cooking as well as drama, music and creative movement. These skill based sessions are designed for fun and the ability to pick up a new hobby. We also offer unique activities such as animals & reptiles, nature and much more. Such sessions are provided by an expert in their field and will allow your child to hold or experience an animal that they would rarely, if ever see back home. All sessions are carefully monitored and are provided in a safe, supportive environment.

Day Camp Sports

Our day camp sports have been specially chosen for the enjoyment they bring to each session as well as the skills that can be learnt from them.

We take pride in our wide offering of sports, with top of the range facilities available to provide the best possible experience. Our team provide many popular sports such as basketball, soccer and tennis. Each session is held by one of our highly qualified coaches and is always monitored by another member of our team. We also offer niche sports such as rock climbing, gaga and archery. Such sports provide your child with the opportunity to learn new skills in our friendly, supportive environment. By balancing popular sports with niche sports we are able to provide something for every child. On top of daily sports, we also provide instructional and recreational swims every day. Each swim is closely monitored by our Red Cross certified staff to guarantee a high level of safety.

Sports sessions are broken down into individual drill sessions, in which your child will learn the fundamentals of the sport. They will then have the opportunity to learn some new skills which can be put in place during a ‘match’ at the end of the session. For sports that do not involve ‘matches’ the same process will be used. We have carefully designed each session to be as engaging and fun as possible for children of all sporting abilities to ensure inclusiveness.

Day Camp Schedule

Our day camp schedule will differ from group to group as well as the program that you have enrolled your child on.

All schedules are designed to provide your child with hours of endless fun, whilst also ensuring that they are not too tired to continue playing sports or participating in activities. Here is what a daily schedule may look like for your child.

Sports and activities will begin at 9am and will differ depending on age group. For children between the ages of 7 to 12, the day will begin with a sport such as soccer to start the day. At 10:15, your children will be able to go for their first instructional swim of the day to cool down after their first sport. Following their swim, they will have the opportunity to have lunch, which will differ depending on the days of the week. After lunch, which will finish around 12:30, your child will have the chance to participate in another sport such as rock climbing, followed by an activity such as cooking. This session will be followed by a recreational swim and an additional activity such as live animals on the site. The day will finish around 4pm, in which your child will be provided with a snack and dismissed.
